Summer Camp - Girls Flag Football
It's HERE... the first annual 3-evening, girl’s flag football camp! This is a new sport that is gaining attention both nationally and here in Westampton, and we are looking forward to teaching the skills needed to excel in this game to all girls who are interested.
General football rules, strategy and sportsmanship will be stressed.
We take pride in teaching our athletes the importance of hard work, responsibility, and competition.
We believe these skills translate into future success in athletics, but more importantly, in life.

*All campers will receive instruction in all offensive and defensive positions. We believe all flag football players should learn how to catch a football, throw a football, and play offense and defense.

WHEN: Monday July 6th - Wednesday July 8th (rain date Thursday, July 9th), 5:30pm – 8:30pm
WHERE: Westampton Sports Complex (Turf Field #1) 301 Bridge Street, Westampton NJ 08060
WHO: Girls entering grades 1st-9th.
**No experience required!
No residential restrictions, anyone can register for this program.
COST: $25
INCLUDES: Customized Flag Camp T-Shirt (if registered by June 19th) Snack and Juice Box each night
NOTE: All campers will be in groups according to grade

15 Minutes: - Leadership & Motivation Talk
15 Minutes: - Dynamic Stretch & Warm-Up
20 Minutes: - Fundamental Skill Training
20 Minutes: - Speed & Agility Drills (S.A.D.)
20 Minutes: - Water & Snack Break
20 Minutes: - Speed & Agility Drills (S.A.D.)
10 Minutes: - Recovery Break
1 Hour - Competitive Scrimmages (25-Minute Halves + 10-Minute Halftime)
