Register now for the Before-School Care Program for the remainder of the 2021 school year! Using this on-line system, you will be required to complete enrollment forms before your registration can be completed.

The Before-Care will be for Holly Hills students for Kindergarten through 3rd Grade
Times of the program will be 7:00am until start of school at 8:30,
The cost will be $7.00 per session (no discounts will apply)
You can register for individual days or the 5 day school-week.

- Care will be in the gym, not the kindergarten wing as in years past
- Parents must sign in their children daily to complete the health check
- Emergency drop in (if registration is closed) please email: astuck@westamptonschools.org

- A $10 late/drop-in fee will be applied to the regular charges.

You will have the option to register daily or weekly, depending on your individual needs.

We will offer 2 payment options:

- Monday - School Dismissal to 4PM $8.00
- Tuesday - School Dismissal to 4PM $8.00
- Wednesday - School Dismissal to 4PM $8.00
- Thursday - School Dismissal to 4PM $8.00
- Friday - School Dismissal to 4PM $8.00

- Monday - School Dismissal to 6PM $12.00
- Tuesday - School Dismissal to 6PM $12.00
- Wednesday - School Dismissal to 6PM $12.00
- Thursday - School Dismissal to 6PM $12.00
- Friday - School Dismissal to 6PM $12.00

To avoid late charges and account suspension, make sure to register your child by midnight on Saturday the week before care is needed. After midnight on Saturday, a late charge will automatically be applied; however, you will still be able to register, with the late fee applied, until registration closes. Registration closes at 10PM on the Sunday before the start of the upcoming week's session.
You will have the option to register daily or weekly depending on your individual needs.

If an EMERGENCY drop-in is needed after registration is closed, email tmitzelman@westampton.com. The $10 late/drop-in fee will be applied to the regular charges.

Please note: A program may be modified or canceled if enrollments are below the minimum requirements. If a cancellation occurs, you will be notified by phone and/or email. A full refund will be issued and a refund receipt will be emailed to the payer on file. Online processing fees are non-refundable. Refunds can take up to 1 month to process. Please ensure your contact information is accurate to receive these notifications. We apologize for any inconvenience.
